With all due respect, your statement is based on ENTIRELy false information. What is required by Arabs (indeed Kurds and other races too) is a SECURITY CHECK, this is not a 'permit' or a 'visa'. Even Kurds who come back to Kurdistan have to go through this, so I don't understand all the fuss.
I like to make fuss ;)
